Our business revolves around t-slotted aluminum extrusion – its design, fabrication, and use in innovative products we custom-create for the manufacturing, automotive, and medical industries.

Though we were founded as Parco, Inc., in 2001, our collective t-slotted aluminum extrusion experience goes back more than 50 years. Clients appreciate the depth of our industry knowledge and the extent of our capabilities. The T-Slot Aluminum Concept

“T-slot” refers, of course, to the shape of our extrusions. It’s this shape that adds strength, allowing the use of lighter-weight aluminum rather than steel in the creation of various structures. And it’s this shape that makes assembling those structures much faster and easier than assembling steel structures. All you have to do is insert a t-nut and fastener into a t-slot and tighten. Unlike steel, no welding or grinding is required. You can put a structure together quickly with no more than a few simple hand tools!

We also offer free engineering and design services, courtesy of our dedicated engineering staff. Just send them the details of your project, and they’ll provide you with a free quotation. They’ll create a CAD drawing of your design, too, and send it to you as a PDF file to ensure that every detail is covered. Upon request, they can even provide you with 3D drawings.

And the finished product? We can assemble it professionally for you, once you’ve approved the final design. Or we can send it in kit form along with a tagged drawing you can use to assemble the product yourself onsite.
