Press Guarding & Hairpins

 

Our Press Guards are ideal for vertical door applications. That’s primarily because we design them with counter-balanced spring lifts that allow them to be positioned quickly and easily, up and out of the way for die setup and maintenance. Furthermore, we custom-design these lift-type guards for each application to meet OSHA and ANSI standards.

You can trust our Press Guards to install easily in minutes, provide the safety you require for your employees, and look aesthetically pleasing.

As for our Hairpins, they enable guards to be adjusted so they can go around conveyors, chutes, or other obstructions on a machine or robot.

We’ll work with you – as we do with every client, for all of our products – to custom-design the Press Guard and Hairpin solution you need. We’ll do it at no extra cost, too, and without extra lead-time!
